La Marzocco trade show environment
La Marzocco came to Dept of Energy as it was time to elevate their presence in the trade show circuit. They needed a new booth that could house both the commercial machines that they are recognized for, as well as their newly introduced home series of machines. The goal of the booth was to capture what they had recently built at their café and showroom experience on the Seattle Center grounds inside the KEXP building, while still giving off a vibe of it's own individuality.
With the above objectives in mind, we space planned for the unique needs of both sides while giving each side it's own distinctive look, bringing the two sides together through the use of similar architectural design elements, space flow, and a solid execution. High end materials were used throughout to reflect La Marzocco's upscale brand image and superior quality products.
On the commercial side, La Marzocco wanted the vibe to reflect a café experience and to continue the design language of their space inside the KEXP building at Seattle Center. On the Home side, the goal was to place the machines in a modern yet inviting kitchen, complete with tiled walls (tricks of the trade), brass lighting fixtures, creative shelving and storage options.
The end result is a trade show experience that leaves a lasting impression, and successfully highlighted the two growing brands of the La Marzocco family.
